FAQ

White-label questions.

Will our clients see Aurion Labs anywhere?
No. White-label builds ship with your name, logo, domain and colours. There is no Aurion branding in the interface, the source code, the documentation or the support emails. We sign an NDA before scoping, and we only reference the work publicly if you give written permission.
Who owns the intellectual property?
For a white-label development project, you own the code and IP on full payment unless we agree otherwise in writing. Some partners prefer a licence to a product we maintain, which keeps their upfront cost lower. Either way, the arrangement is set out clearly in the contract.
Can we resell your engineering to our own clients?
Yes. That is what the partner programme is for. Agencies, consultancies, brokers and educators can resell our development under their brand, refer projects to us, or co-deliver with their own team leading the client relationship.
How are partners paid?
It depends on the model. Referral partners receive an agreed referral fee. Reseller partners buy at partner rates and set their own client pricing. Delivery partners agree a split per project. All terms are written into a partner agreement before the first project.
Do you support our clients directly?
Your choice. Most partners keep first-line support and use us as an invisible second line with agreed response times. Others ask us to provide first-line support under their brand, using their helpdesk and email domain.
What can you white-label?
Anything we can build: trading terminals and dashboards, client and investor portals, MT5 and MT4 Expert Advisors and copiers, TradingView indicators with access management, software stores with licensing, AI assistants and research engines, and the infrastructure behind them.
