Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Short version: aurionlabs.io does not set cookies and does not use any similar tracking technologies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include browser local storage, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. Sites use them to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure visits or track you for advertising.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), a site must ask for your consent before storing or reading such information on your device, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.

2. Cookies on this site

We do not set any cookies, first-party or third-party, on aurionlabs.io. We also do not use:

  • analytics or visitor statistics tools
  • advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels
  • browser storage to identify or track you
  • third-party font or content services that load when you visit (our fonts are hosted on our own server)

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device for these purposes, you will not see a cookie consent banner.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, browser user agent, page requested and time). These are not cookies and are not stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how they are handled.

3. Third-party cookies: Calendly

If you choose to book a call, our "Book a call" link opens Calendly (calendly.com) in a new tab. Calendly may set its own cookies on calendly.com, under its own cookie and privacy policies. These cookies are set only on Calendly's site, and only if you choose to open it. We do not control them.

4. If this changes

If we ever add analytics or any other tool that uses cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy before it goes live. Where consent is required, we will ask for it first and give you a clear way to refuse or withdraw it.

5. Controlling cookies in your browser

You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings, including cookies set by other sites such as Calendly. Guidance for the main browsers:

  • Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings (or Preferences), then Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security
  • Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions

Blocking all cookies may stop some third-party sites, including booking tools, from working properly. For more general information, see the ICO's guidance at ico.org.uk.
