Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms govern your use of aurionlabs.io (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
The site is operated by Aurion Labs Ltd ("Aurion Labs", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13436046, based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@aurionlabs.io or on +44 7832 617626.
Aurion Labs is a software development company. We design, build and operate financial software for businesses and professionals.
2. Using the site
The site provides information about our services, our work and our research. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or for evaluating our services within your organisation.
You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything designed to disrupt the site
- scrape or copy content from the site in bulk, or use it to train or build a competing product or dataset
We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from interruption.
3. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the site, including its text, research articles, design, graphics, code and interactive tools. All rights are reserved.
You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the source page. You must not otherwise reproduce, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property in work we carry out for clients is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
4. No investment advice
Aurion Labs is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, trading signals or brokerage, and we do not hold client money.
Content on the site, including research articles, interactive calculators such as the options payoff explorer, and descriptions of trading systems, is for information and education only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or to follow any strategy. Trading derivatives, CFDs, forex and futures carries a high risk of loss. Please read our Risk Disclaimer before relying on any content.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is provided for general information only. We make no promise that it is complete, accurate or current, and calculators and examples may use simplified models or assumptions. You should not rely on the site as the basis for any decision without making your own checks and, where appropriate, taking independent professional advice.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly for booking calls. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or service. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to it
- we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content
- in particular, we will not be liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss
8. Client engagements
The site is not an offer to supply services. Any software development, consultancy or white-label work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work. White-label partner arrangements are likewise governed by their own separate agreement. If there is any conflict between these terms and such an agreement, the agreement prevails.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. Please check this page from time to time, as the version in force when you use the site applies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the site (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
