Algorithmic Trading

Algorithmic trading software development, built for live execution

We turn trading rules into MT5 Expert Advisors, TradingView indicators, trade copiers and execution services that behave the same on a news spike as they did in the tester.

Overview

Writing an Expert Advisor that passes the Strategy Tester is easy. Writing one that survives a requote storm, a weekend gap, a broker that appends a suffix to every symbol, or a VPS reboot halfway through a trailing stop is the real job. Aurion Labs builds algorithmic trading software with that second list in mind. We run our own MT5 execution bridge, which takes trade commands from the web, enforces lot caps and a master kill switch, and streams broker bars to the cloud through a three-tier feed fallback.

As an MQL5 developer team we cover MT5 Expert Advisor development and MT4 ports, but the work rarely stops at the terminal. Clients need licence checks so a paid EA cannot be passed around, a trade copier between accounts or brokers, TradingView Pine Script development for indicators and alerts, and execution automation that links a web app or model output to real orders. When the logic needs proper research before it goes near a market, we pair this with our quantitative analytics work.

What we deliver

  • Netting and hedging account support in one EA codebase
  • Broker symbol suffix detection and configurable symbol mapping
  • Spread, slippage and freeze-level checks before order placement
  • Magic-number isolation so strategies share an account safely
  • State persistence across terminal restarts and VPS reboots
  • Master kill switch and per-account lot caps
  • Three-tier market data fallback from terminal to cloud
  • Licence validation with fingerprinting and an offline grace period
  • Telegram and email alerts on fills, errors and disconnects
  • Tester runs on real ticks with variable spreads
What we build

Algorithmic Trading, built for production.

01

MT5 Expert Advisors

MQL5 Expert Advisors with session and higher-timeframe filters, range and breakout logic, gap protection, trailing stops and risk-percentage position sizing, written to behave consistently across brokers and account types.

MQL5MT5
02

MT4 builds and ports

MQL4 versions of MT5 strategies, or legacy MT4 code refactored and ported to MQL5, with the differences in order model and between hedging and netting accounts handled explicitly rather than assumed.

MQL4Porting
03

Trade copiers

Copiers between MT5 and MT4 terminals, or across brokers via API, that mirror market and pending orders, scale size by risk, map symbols and suffixes, and reconcile positions after a link drops.

04

TradingView Pine Script

Indicators, strategies and alert logic in Pine Script, from order-flow footprints to multi-period risk statistics, including invite-only scripts whose access is granted and revoked from a separate admin console.

05

Execution automation

Services that turn web actions, alerts or model outputs into broker orders: command queues, acknowledgement and retry logic, kill switches, lot caps and an audit log of every instruction and fill.

Licensing and distribution

Licence-keyed EAs with terminal fingerprinting, offline caching and server-side activation and revocation, connected to a storefront and Stripe checkout if you sell your trading tools to customers.

Approach

How we deliver it.

Rule specification

We turn your strategy into an unambiguous rulebook: entries, exits, sizing, filters, and what happens on gaps, partial fills, rejected orders and restarts. Ambiguity found here is cheap; ambiguity found live is not.

Build and tester validation

We code the logic in MQL5, MQL4, Pine Script or Python and validate it in the Strategy Tester or a replay harness, comparing every trade against hand-checked examples from the rulebook.

Demo forward test

The system runs on demo accounts at the brokers you will actually use, so we see real spreads, execution delays, stop-level restrictions and symbol quirks that a tester never reproduces.

Deployment and hardening

We deploy to a VPS or cloud host with monitoring, alerting and restart handling, add licensing if the tool will be distributed, and document parameters so your team knows what every input does.

Why Aurion Labs

The difference is operating experience.

Our execution bridge runs live

We operate an MT5 execution bridge and a statistical trading service that places one-click trades into subscribers' own MT4 and MT5 accounts. Restarts and broker quirks are daily operational reality for us, not theory.

Engineering, not just scripting

An EA is one part of a system. We also build the licence API, the storefront, the web dashboard and the VPS deployment, so the pieces fit together and a single team is accountable for all of them.

No promises we cannot keep

We will tell you when a strategy looks curve-fitted, and we never promise profitability. What we do promise is code that does exactly what the agreed rules say, under conditions we have tested.

FAQ

Algorithmic Trading questions, answered.

Still deciding? A 30-minute call usually answers the rest.

How much does MT5 Expert Advisor development cost?
The biggest drivers are the number of rules and filters, how many order and exit types the EA manages, whether it must run on both MT5 and MT4, and extras such as licensing, a web dashboard or multi-account copying. A single-symbol EA with clear rules is a modest build; a multi-strategy system with licensing and remote control is a larger one. We quote after reviewing your written rules.
How long until our EA or copier is ready?
Timing depends on how complete your rules are and how much forward testing you want. Work runs through rule specification, coding, Strategy Tester validation, demo forward testing and deployment. The forward test is the phase we least like to rush, because that is where broker-specific execution behaviour shows up. You receive a phased plan once the rulebook is signed off.
Do we get the MQL5 source code?
Yes. On full payment the source code we write is yours, unless the contract specifies something else, for example if you choose to license an existing tool from our lab rather than commission a new one. We deliver the .mq5 or .mq4 source, compiled .ex5 or .ex4 files and a parameter guide, and your strategy logic stays confidential.
Which brokers will the EA work with?
MetaTrader EAs run on any broker offering MT5 or MT4, but brokers differ in symbol names, suffixes, contract sizes, stop levels, netting versus hedging accounts and execution model. We build to handle those differences and test on the brokers you name. For API-based automation outside MetaTrader we have worked with Interactive Brokers and Tastytrade, and other brokers can be assessed.
Can you provide signals or run the strategy for us?
No. Aurion Labs is a software company: we build the automation, we do not provide trading signals as a service, manage accounts or give investment advice. If you distribute trading tools or signals to your own customers, any regulatory obligations that creates sit with your business, and we recommend taking specialist compliance advice before launch.
What happens when MetaTrader or the broker changes something?
Terminal builds, broker server settings and API versions all change over time. Our maintenance agreements cover recompiling against new MetaTrader builds, fixing broker-specific breakages, monitoring deployed systems and adding features on request. If you prefer to manage things yourself, we document the build, compile and deployment steps so your own developer can take over cleanly.
