Overview

A broker or prop firm website is not a brochure. It is the front door to account opening, funding programmes and platform downloads, and it carries risk warnings and jurisdiction rules that a generic agency rarely understands. Pages need trading calculators that compute correctly, signup flows that hand off cleanly to a CRM or back office, and performance that holds up on a mid-range phone over a slow connection.

We have built a 21-page forex and CFD broker website, a prop-funding portal with a capital calculator and client area, a copy-trading onboarding wizard, and an options education funnel with an application flow. On the commerce side, our trading software store pairs Stripe checkout with seven edge functions that generate, activate, validate and revoke licence keys. Define the journeys

We map the journeys that earn revenue: open an account, buy a challenge, enrol on a course, buy a licence. Every page is planned around getting one of those journeys right.

Design and write for traders

Copy, layout and calculators are written for experienced traders who spot vague claims instantly. Risk warnings and regulatory wording supplied by your compliance team are placed exactly where they belong.

Build the commerce plumbing

Checkout, webhooks, licence issue, CRM hand-off and email confirmations are built and tested together, including refunds, failed payments and expired cards, before the site goes live.

Launch and measure

We launch with analytics, search console, sitemaps and redirects in place, then use real funnel data to fix the steps where visitors abandon signup or checkout.

What drives the cost of a fintech website?
Page count is only part of it. The bigger drivers are interactive features such as calculators and signup wizards, integrations with your CRM, back office or payment provider, member areas, licensing logic and the number of languages and jurisdictions. A marketing site is a very different project from a site with checkout and a client area.
How long does a broker or prop firm site take?
Timelines depend on scope, content readiness and how quickly compliance signs off wording. Sites with integrations take longer than content-only builds. After discovery we provide a staged plan, usually design, then build and integration, then testing and launch, with dates agreed for each stage.
Do we own the website and its code?
Yes. On full payment the code, design files and content we create for you are yours unless we agree otherwise in writing. Sites deploy to hosting accounts in your name where practical, and third-party licences such as fonts or premium components are bought in your name too.
Will you make our site compliant with financial promotion rules?
We build the site; your compliance function owns the content. We place risk warnings, disclaimers and jurisdiction controls exactly as your compliance team or advisers specify, and can build approval workflows for content changes. Aurion Labs is not regulated and does not sign off financial promotions, so final responsibility stays with your firm.
How do you protect customer and payment data?
Card details never touch your server: Stripe Checkout handles payment data directly, which keeps your PCI scope small. Personal data from signup forms is stored in access-controlled databases, sent over TLS and limited to the fields you actually need. API keys stay server-side, and Cloudflare sits in front of public pages.
Can you maintain the site after launch?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance covers hosting, security updates, content edits, new campaign landing pages, and monitoring of forms, checkout and licence APIs so a broken payment path is caught quickly. If you prefer to manage content yourself, we hand over documentation and a walkthrough.
